A special one-day food recovery workshop, “Resources Not Wasted,” will open the 26th Annual New York State Recycling Conference & Trade Show, presented by the New York State Association for Reduction, Reuse and Recycling (NYSAR3), at the Otesaga Resort Hotel in Cooperstown, New York.
The preconference workshop will be Wednesday, Nov. 4, followed by the annual conference Nov. 5-6.
