The New York State Association for Reduction, Reuse and Recycling (NYSAR3) has announced its 27th Annual Recycling Conference and Trade Show will take place Nov. 2-4 at the Otesaga Resort Hotel in Cooperstown, New York.
NYSAR3 says the event will start with a one-day workshop focusing on “clearing up plastics confusion.”
The November event’s agenda also includes a plenary session with a New York State legislator and sessions on reducing food waste, addressing challenges with the recycling industry, innovative waste reduction through education and social media and other topics.
The pre-conference workshop on plastics will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 2, with the rest of the event scheduled for Nov. 3 & 4.
