A group of New York State organizations have announced the dates for the 17th annual NYS Recycling Conference. The program, scheduled for Nov. 16-17 at the University Sheraton in Syracuse, NY, is sponsored by the NYS Association for Reduction, Reuse and Recycling, the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, and the Syracuse Center of Excellence at Syracuse University.
Jill Buck, founder of the national Go Green Initiative, a comprehensive environmental education program designed to help schools operate in an environmentally responsible manner will be a keynote speaker and host a Go Green Initiative Summit. The program is operating in 400 schools in 22 states.
