NuStar Inc., headquartered in Shakopee, Minn., has introduced the MFC-100 pedestrian-operated, battery-powered cart. The MFC-100 cart can safely lift and transport 55-gallon drums weighing up to 800 pounds.
According to the company, features of the MFC-100 include a butterfly speed control, emergency kill switch, keyed power switch, pneumatic drive tire, hydraulic lift cylinder with a 17-inch stroke and hydraulic drive wheel. The company says the cart can be either purchased or rented.
The MFC-100 cart also has six optional attachments: a ball hitch; 5th wheel king pin receiver for trailers; tow straps for automotive towing; a bus/truck frames custom attachment; adjustable attachment for lifting and moving rolls of materials; and a lifting crane with 750 pounds of capacity
