To apply for a scholarship, students must complete an application available at www.RecyclingConference.org. Eligible students must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at a recognized university, college or technical school during Fall 2006 or have graduated within the past year. A letter of recommendation from a faculty or staff member must also be included. Applications must be received by NRC no later than 5:00 p.m. ET, Sept. 11, 2006.
