Northern Metals Recycling, a Minneapolis, Minnesota-based scrap metal company, has claimed that the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) has singled it out over dust emissions at its auto shredder in Minneapolis. According to a recent article in the Minneapolis Star Tribune, the company has taken every step to operate the facility in compliance.
