The next meeting of the New Jersey Paper Recycling Association will take place Feb. 24. It will be the first meeting of the year.
Guest speaker at the meeting will be Guy Watson, Bureau Chief of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Recycling & Planning Division. He will update members on the changes that are being made to the State's Solid Waste Management and Recycling Plan.
