Recycled Paperboard, Inc. DIP has retained Keen Realty, LLC to market the company's recycled paperboard mill in Clifton, NJ. The facility is more than 200,000 square feet, and is located on about 5 ½ acres. The mill makes chipboard and other recycled paper products. It filed for Chapter 11 protection Nov. 29, 2004.
"The property is currently under contract for $3.5 million subject to higher and better offers," said Mike Matlat, Keen Realty's vice president.
