Golder Associates has appointed Nigel Mattravers to the position of senior waste advisor at its U.K. operation. Mattravers is a chartered civil engineer and waste manager with more than 38 years' of experience in developing major infrastructure projects in both the U.K. and Hong Kong.
Mattravers’ areas of expertise include the planning, design, project management and financing of waste management schemes.
He joins Golder from financial advisor firm Grant Thornton UK LLP, where he was a waste industry specialist. Prior to Grant Thornton, Mattravers was with the Mouchel Group for around 25 years.
