Cronimet Group has announced Fulvio Orselli, managing director of Nichel Leghe SpA, and Rosario Oliveri, purchasing manager, Nichel Leghe, are no longer working for the company, a Cronimet subsidiary.
In a news release, Cronimet says that the company, headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany, has appointed Marijo Zeljko as a new member to Nichel Leghe’s board and the company’s chief technical officer. The company also reports that Ruggero Ricco will continue to represent the company as chief financial officer. Sandro Giuliani, a member of Cronimet’s board, will coordinate the trading activities of Nichel Leghe SpA on an interim basis.
“Our aim is to extend the activities at the north Italian locations as part of our growth strategy and to increase our competitiveness over the next few years,” says Kai Lohmann, managing director of Cronimet Holding GmbH and chairman of Nichel Leghe SpA.
Cronimet, with 50 locations throughout the world, specializes in trading, production and recycling of alloying raw materials for the stainless steel industry.
