After intensifying its activities on the South American market NGR is strengthening its presence in Asia: The Austrian company that manufactures plastics recycling equipment is opening up a new sales office in Malaysia, which is to be in charge of the South East Asia region.
The new regional office will be managed by Walter Schmedler, NGR shareholder and experienced mechanical engineer with years of experience in Asia.
The NGR office will be located near Kuala Lumpur. For the time being it will be manned by two employees and shall provide more intensive support service to customers and distribution partners.
The company is looking to target Vietnam as a growth opportunity for the company. While acknowledging all of Southeast Asia hold opportunities, NRG feels that Vietnam, in particular, has a lot of backlog demand. Therefore, the enterprise expects an additional volume of orders.
