Boca Raton, Fla.-based Nextlife has named Robert Dishman executive vice president of Supply Chain. Dishman will focus on strategic account acquisitions, partnerships and growth for the company, which creates sustainable plastic resins for use in a broad array of existing applications.

Dishman has more than 13 years of experience coordinating sales and marketing, business development, sourcing and strategic partnership activities with Waste Management and Waste Management Recycle America.
