D&S Waste Removal Inc., East Yerington, Nev., has asked for the support of Lyon County, Nev., in its proposed plan to expand its operations to include a recycling yard for C&D debris and other material, according to a report in the Reno Gazette-Journal (Reno, Nev.).
County officials have taken no action on the request to be a co-applicant with the company to acquire more land for the expansion of the current transfer station, according to the report.
D&S Waste Removal plans to use the land as a recycling yard for C&D debris, including concrete, untreated wood debris, rock and dirt, as well as white metals.
