The Northeast Recycling Council (NERC), Brattleboro, Vermont, has announced it offers a free resource to assist recycling business entrepreneurs with obtaining assistance and funding from government entities in the Northeast region of the U.S. “Recycling Business Assistance Guide for the Northeast States” provides state-by-state information and contacts, including:
“Recycling business development means fostering the vitality of businesses that process, manufacture and sell recycled-content products, including organics management and composting,” according to the NERC.
In addition to this free guide, NERC says it offers processors, manufacturers, end users and governments services to help grow recycling businesses and stimulate the demand for recyclable and recycled-content products, as well as compost. These consulting services include:
