Navman Wireles, Donlen Corp. Form Partnership

Dolen subsidiary to provide Navman Wireless' GPS fleet management solutions to clients.

Glenview, Ill.-based Navman Wireless North America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Navman Wireless Holdings and a global provider of vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions, has announced that it has entered a strategic partnership with fleet leasing and management company, Donlen Corp., based in Northbrook, Ill.  

 

Navman Wireless Holdings provides vehicle tracking products for small to medium-sized fleets. Its lead investor is Prairie Capital Partners of Chicago, which acquired the company from Brunswick Corp. in 2007. Navman Wireless maintains facilities in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the United Kingdom.

 

Donlen, established in 1965, provides fleet management programs that seek to combine innovative technology, responsive customer service and highly experienced industry experts.

 

Donlen, through its subsidiary dba Donlen Telematics, will provide its customer base with Navman Wireless’ advanced GPS fleet management solutions.
