The Perrier Group of America and molding equipment maker Kortec Inc. have joined the National Association for PET Container Resources (NAPCOR), Charlotte, N.C.
The Perrier Group of America, Greenwich, Conn., began in 1976 as an importer of the French sparkling water. The business unit now markets domestic U.S. waters and is among the largest bottled water companies in the U.S. The firm also produces many of its own bottles.
Kortec Inc., Beverly, Mass., is a maker of multi-layer pre-form molding equipment sold to makers of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) products.
“NAPCOR welcomes The Perrier Group and Kortec as its newest members,” says Luke Schmidt, the association’s president. The association consists of members who make and use PET plastic resins and containers, and suppliers to the PET industry.Latest from Recycling Today
