Hudson Baylor Hires Territory Account Manager

John Mulligan brings 20 years of recycling industry experience.

Hudson Baylor Corp. (HBC), Newburgh, N.Y., an operator of materials recovery facilities, has announced that John Mulligan has joined the company as a territory account manager. Mulligan has 20 years of experience in the recycling industry, most recently with Veolia and Wastequip Accurate.

Mulligan’s territory will be Rockland County, N.Y., New Jersey and Long Island. “John’s extensive background and knowledge of the region and industry is an asset and we are glad to welcome him aboard” says Steve Hastings, VP of sales and marketing. Mulligan will be responsible for generating growth of recycling services to municipalities, businesses and haulers.

HBC has been in the recycling business for more than 28 years. The company currently operates 13 locations in the Northeast and the Southwest. HBC is an independent Materials Recovery Facility operator and has extensive experience operating multiple types of recycling facilities, including single stream, dual stream and transfer facilities.

HBC has multiple year contracts with municipally owned facilities and works closely with its public partners to upgrade equipment, increase capacity, boost recycling rates and divert material from landfills.
