The Mumbai-based Material Recycling Association of India (MRAI) has started accepting registrations to the third edition of its International Business Summit (IBS2025), which will be held at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Aug. 6-7.
MRAI, which has 1,500 members drawn from India’s growing recycling sector and beyond, says the event ties into its mission to advance sustainability, the circular economy and "green growth.”
The organization expects more than 1,000 delegates from 40 or more countries to attend IBS2025, “including key decision makers from across the recycling and sustainability value chain.”
Those attending will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with global recyclers, policy influencers, technology innovators and supply chain leaders—all under one roof, according to MRAI.
The organization says programming offered at the event will help recyclers learn about emerging trends, demand-supply dynamics and technological advancements shaping the global recycling industry. The summit typically has sessions pertinent to the recycling of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, lead and other metals.
The combination of networking and programming will allow delegates to explore new markets, forge strategic alliances and uncover investment and expansion opportunities across South and Southeast Asia, according to MRAI.
