The Mumbai-based Material Recycling Association of India (MRAI) says more than 575 delegates have registered for the 2025 edition of its International Business Summit (IBS), Aug. 6-8 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The recycling and trading-focused organization, which has 1,500 members drawn from the Indian and the global recycling sectors, has selected the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City as its venue.
MRAI expects more than 1,000 delegates from 40 or more countries to attend IBS2025.
Programming offered at IBS2025 Aug. 6 includes a plenary session followed by another titled “Current Dynamics: Non-Ferrous Recycling Industry.” The evening concludes with a networking dinner.
The IBS2025 schedule Aug. 7 covers three topics: “Navigating Supply & Demand: The Asia Steel & Stainless Steel Market Outlook;" "Re-tyring the Future: Innovations Driving a Smarter Tyre Recycling Ecosystem;” and “Battery Recycling: Critical Mineral & Green Transition.”
On Aug. 8, delegates will have access to a breakfast offered by MRAI.
The organization has announced several speakers who have been lined up to take part in panel discussions at IBS2025, including several representatives from the MRAI board of directors and staff.
