Monadnock Paper Mills Inc., Bennington, New Hampshire, has appointed Molly Rosenthal as its director of strategic business development.

The company says Rosenthal brings nearly 20 years of business development and sales experience, along with a proven record of accelerating revenue growth, expanding market reach and launching targeted initiatives across established and emerging industries.

Monadnock says Rosenthal “excels” at identifying strategic opportunities, shaping compelling brand narratives and aligning cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.

Most recently, Rosenthal, who holds a liberal arts degree from De Anza College, served as vice president of marketing and business development at Kirkwood, where she played a central role in elevating brand visibility and driving sustained revenue growth across sectors including life sciences, luxury and consumer goods. According to Monadnock, she built and repositioned marketing functions, launched high-impact campaigns and opened new revenue channels by combining data-driven strategy with creative execution. She worked closely with executive leadership and aligned sales, marketing and client engagement efforts while mentoring teams to surpass performance goals.

Previously, Rosenthal served as national accounts manager for the Northeast at Mohawk Paper, where she developed relationships across luxury, design and commercial print markets. Earlier in her Mohawk tenure, she helped expand the company’s presence in the rapidly evolving digital print landscape.

“Molly’s strategic, solution-oriented mindset aligns seamlessly with Monadnock’s commitment to delivering innovative, high-performance products and exceptional customer value,” the company says.
