Houston-based Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas has introduced the FBC20Q-FBC40Q Series of Mitsubishi forklift trucks to the North, Central and South American markets.

The business unit of Japan-based Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. says the new forklifts are designed for consistent uptime, reduced maintenance and affordability, “enabling operators to tackle demanding applications with precision.”

“With the FBC20Q- FBC40Q Series, we’re delivering dependable, high performance built to meet the demands of today,” says Luca Ghiotto, manager of product marketing at Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas.

Mitsubishi calls the FBC20Q-FBC40Q series powerful, energy efficient and built to match the performance of traditional internal combustion engine-powered models.

“Its design supports demanding operations, allowing operators to maneuver confidently in tight aisles while delivering safe, reliable comfort through long shifts,” says the company of the new product line.

Available models have lift capacities ranging from 4,000 to 8,000 pounds and lift heights up to 26 feet while offering “passive sway control for excellent stability at height,” says Mitsubishi.

In warehouses and facilities requiring effective maneuverability, Mitsubishi says the FBC20Q- FBC40Q series offers a 100-degree turning radius.

Other features noted by the firm include what it calls simplified battery maintenance and replacement and an “ultra-comfortable operating compartment with precise, effortless power steering to reduce fatigue.”
