Miller Mathis Adds Becky Hites to Staff

Miller Mathis, an independent investment bank that targets the global steel, metals and mining sector, has announced that Becky Hites has joined the firm as a managing director.

Hites has more than 25 years of steel industry experience, the last nine of which she was a managing partner of World Steel Dynamics (WSD), a steel industry analyst firm. During her stay with WSD, she created a number of products, including the Steel Thermometer (now Steel Scorecard) and Cyclone. She also developed detailed cost modeling reports for both integrated and mini-steel mills producing both flat rolled and rebar in the United States, Europe, China and the Middle East.

Over her career Hites has served the steel industry as an equity analyst, project finance banker, cost modeling expert, steel mill project start-up financing expert witness, industry trend macro and micro consultant and is now focused on assisting companies find the perfect partners through mergers and acquisitions.
