Moline, Illinois-based Midland Davis Corp. has added Ashton Conner to its team as an account manager and broker. Connor brings to the role eight years of experience in trading recycled materials.
In her new role, Conner will develop suppliers and consumers and manage brokerage accounts in the Western regions of the U.S. and Mexico. She will facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers of scrap paper, plastics and postconsumer scrap metal among other manufacturing residuals, Midland Davis says.

According to Midland Davis, Conner will work on sustainability and supply chain optimization programs and contribute to advancing the company’s commitment to environmental stewardship and customer satisfaction. Conner will be working from the company’s operation in Aurora, Colorado.

Founded in 1982, Midland Davis Corp. is a full-service recycling company, processing ferrous, nonferrous, paper, plastic and wood scrap from its Moline location. Its brokerage division buys and sells paper, plastic and nonferrous materials.
