Imabe of America, Miami, has shared a letter from Mick Berry, president of Mid America Recycling, headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, stating how “truly pleased” the company is “with the quality, performance and production rates” of the Imabe H120/2000 baler that is operating at its Lincoln, Nebraska, facility.
Berry writes, “We are very appreciative of the support and professional advice our company received from the Imabe Team to develop a superior solution to meet our production needs. The Imabe Team took measures above and beyond a normal baler sale process to ensure we were satisfied and that their solutions truly meet our production needs.”
He also states that Mid America has been “extremely satisfied” with the support it has received during the startup phase, adding that Imabe’s service team in Miami and the factory team in Spain have delivered “superior response time.” Berry writes, “It is like they are in our plant with us each day to help us maximize our operations.”
Among the features that he says stood out on the baler initially are:
- the quality manufacturing;
- the strength of the steel and construction;
- superior engineering;
- reliability and support;
- high production rates and bale weights; and
- low power consumption.
Berry adds that the company’s balers “are designed to provide easy low cost in-house maintenance. “Imabe stands behind their balers and is always ready to provide service, spare parts and technical support from their Miami-based service center and complete access to the factory team in Spain,” he says.
Berry concludes the letter by writing, “We most definitely recommend Imabe balers as they have equipment to fit every sized recycling facility, because Imabe has designed their balers and equipment to help your business grow.”
