The Hotel Radisson Flamingos in Mexico City will serve as the site of the 13th Annual Congress of the Instituto Nacional de Recicladores (INARE), a trade association comprised of Mexican recycling companies.
INARE delegates will convene on the Nov. 17 and 18 at the Mexico City hotel to discuss recycling techniques and markets for paper, metals, plastic and other collected secondary commodities.
