The U.S. Commercial Service is inviting business owners and managers to its Trade North America Conference, being held Sept. 9-10 at the Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center in that city’s downtown.
The conference is has programming for both seasoned and new exporters “who want to succeed in Canada and Mexico,” according to the U.S. Commercial Service, a part of the United States Department of Commerce.
The group lists as benefits of attending the Trade North America Conference:

- Information on the latest market trends and developments in Canada and Mexico;
- Up-to-date information on regulations in Canada and Mexico, plus border issues.
Early registration is $250 per person for the two-day conference. Discount conference rates are available for rooms at the Detroit Marriott Renaissance hotel, according to the event’s organizers. Sponsors of the event include KeyBank and FedEx.
