Metso Lindemann, an international equipment manufacturer, has introduced its LUC scrap shear for medium volumes. The company says it has rounded out its product line with three shear models.
According to Metso, the LUC model was designed specifically to handle medium volumes of scrap and was designed in response to customers’ requests for optimal cost-to-benefit ratio, high efficiency and an expanded choice.
The LUC model completes Metso’s line of three scrap shears, including the EtaCut high-performance shear and the LIS semi-mobile unit introduced in 2005. The company says all three classes of Metso scrap shears assure efficiency, versatility and long working life.
