Metso Providing Machine for Tissue Mill

Metso Paper is supplying a complete tissue machine to Augusta Tissue Mill, LLC, to be located at the company Augusta, GA mill. Production is scheduled to begin late this year or early next year.

When fully operational the mill will have an annual production capacity of between 80-100 tons per day of towel and bathroom tissue grades.

Augusta Tissue is a new company to the tissue business. The plant is built adjacent to the old Ponderosa recycled fiber mill site in Augusta.
