Metso Minerals Industries Inc., a Helsinki, Finland-based equipment company, has added three managers serving various sectors of the company's North American markets. Scott Holder has been hired as regional account manager for metals recycling. Holder will represent Metso’s Southwest region for its shredder, shear, baler and recycling services products. Previously, Holder served as the director of shredder sales at Harris Waste Management Group Inc., with U.S. locations in Baxley and Cordele, Georgia.
The company also has hired Jim Stepanek as general manager, North American sales for metals recycling. Stepanek will manage the company’s existing regional sales managers, and will represent the Metso’s shredder, shear, baler and recycling services products. Previously, Stepanek worked as the national account manager at Esco Corp.
Metso appointed Bob Pfeffer as Western region account manager and product manager-shears and balers for metals recycling. Pfeffer joins Metso from Harris Waste Management Group, where he previously served as national sales director. With 27 years of experience in the metal recycling industry, Pfeffer will represent the Northwestern region of the U.S. and Canada for Metso’s full line of products and services. Additionally, he will support the expansion, development and marketing of Metso’s shear and three-ram baler product offerings in the overall North American market.
