Metal Management has announced that its shareholders have approved the merger agreement with Sims Group Ltd. The decision came during a special meeting.
The vote by MM shareholders follows the company’s board of directors’ approval of the merger deal this past September.
Metal Management common stock will cease trading on the NYSE after the closing of the market today and will be delisted. The ADSs will begin trading on the NYSE on March 17 under the name Sims Group Limited and under the stock symbol "SMS".
