During Metal Management’s Quarterly Meeting in February 2005, Chairman, CEO and President Daniel Dienst announced that a major improvement would be undertaken at Metal Management’s auto shredder facilities throughout the United States.
Since that time the initial plan that included six new Steinert sorting machines for Metal Management’s Chicago, Denver, Phoenix and Salt Lake City yards has expanded to nine ISS sorting machines, eight ECS units and two MTE drum magnets to be installed in Denver, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Tucson, Chicago and the company’s new shredder project in Nashville.
