
Marshall Marc Glick, co-owner of Tri-State Iron & Metal Co., Texarkana, Ark., died June 9, 2013 at the age of 64.
Glick graduated from Texas Senior High School in Texarkana, Texas, and earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from what is now called Texas A&M University -Texarkana.
Upon graduation, he joined the family business, Tri-State Iron & Metal Co., which was founded by his father in 1947. Along with his brother Howard, who also joined the business, they grew a relatively small scrap yard into the higher volume, multi-materials scrap company. Glick is survived by his wife Marilyn; mother Betty Glick; siblings: Howard and Barbara Glick, Marilyn and Michael Glosserman; nieces and nephews: Haley, Adam, Jess, and Benjamin Glick; Marc, Kristen, Scott, and Macy Glosserman; Gary and Holly Friedman; Lori and Joshua Levy.
He was a member of the Mt. Sinai Congregation of Texarkana.
