McGee is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes across all Marathon locations. He has 23 years of combined experience in manufacturing, engineering and technical services, including more than a decade as a manager/supervisor.

"With David's many years of experience in both service and manufacturing, he brings to the position enormous amounts of product knowledge and an understanding of our customers’ expectations,” Joe Beall, Marathon director of operations, says. “Aligning our current quality processes into a Quality Assurance System will require significant cooperation and communication between all key operating areas in Marathon."

As quality manager, McGee designs and implements inspection, audit and quality process reports, trains key personnel on inspection techniques, rules and documentation processes, monitors and conducts on- and off-site product inspections and audits, conducts customer visits and responds to off-site quality issues when necessary.

“The development of the Quality Assurance System is a straightforward indication that Marathon is genuinely concerned with the quality and longevity of our products,” McGee says. “In a nutshell, our goal is to provide second-to-none quality systems and services to our customers.”
