Manchester Industries entered an agreement to acquire Pollock Packaging, Grand Prairie, Tex., from Tufco Technologies. The deal is expected to close by March 4th. Manchester is a Richmond, Va.-based paperboard and paper converting company. The acquisition will bring to four the number of converting operations Manchester operates. The others are located in Richmond, Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and Hagerstown, Ind.
Along with the acquisition Manchester also announced it is planning on doubling the size of its Richmond facility.
Along with converting operations Manchester operates a distribution facility in Sparks, Nev., and Manchester Recycling, a paper stock operation in Richmond.
