Duesmann & Hensel Recycling (D&H), a company that specializes in catalytic converter recycling efforts, headquartered in Aschaffenburg, Germany, has announced that as of July 1, 2014, the company will be managed by Clemens Hensel, Thomas Hensel and Oliver Krestin.
Clemens Hensel, who joined the company as co-owner and shareholder in 2003 and has been active in driving the company’s growth, will take an active managerial role with the company and will focus on the technical side of the business.
Oliver Krestin will continue to head D&H’s marketing and sales division, a post he assumed in 2013. Prior to that position Krestin was sales director for Duesmann & Hensel Recycling in the international business development sector.
Thomas Hensel, the brother of Clemens, was named a managing director of D&H. He will head the company’s commercial, financial and human resources sectors. He began his professional career at Hoechst AG and has a strong background in international management.
“I’m delighted that the new management team is even more attuned to the idea of a family-run company. With my brother joining the company, we now have an expert who can put his experience to best use in the field of finance and international management,” says Clemens Hensel. “Over the past 16 years we have consistently extended and consolidated our global brand presence and this move is now designed to emphasize the personal nature of our take on corporate values.”
D&H also has added Markus Theile and Peter Lenz to its staff. In addition to its headquarters location in Germany the company has a presence throughout Western Europe, South Africa, Malaysia, China, Australia and the United States.
