Equipment manufacturer Machinex, Plessisville, Quebec, has announced the launch of a new online platform, Machinex Gateway.

“This platform was built with our customers in mind—to make equipment management and maintenance easier, faster and more intuitive,” Machinex Chief Operating Officer Jean-Michel Paré. “The Machinex Gateway is a natural evolution of our support services, empowering users to take control of their equipment with greater confidence and visibility.”
According to the company, key features of Machinex Gateway include:
- Interactive equipment visualization: A three-dimensional viewer allows users to rotate, isolate or adjust transparency on components, enabling one-click part selection directly to the cart.
- Quick part search and selection: Machinex says customers easily can locate parts via the intuitive search bar, equipment list or serial number, or select them directly from the 3D model.
- Streamlined quote requests: Parts can be added to a customer’s quote cart and requests can be sent directly to the customer’s Machinex representative with all relevant part details included.
- Centralized technical resources: The company says customers can access key documentation, such as maintenance manuals, schematics, warranty details and step-by-step tutorials, all in one organized location.
- Quote traceability: Customers can track and review past quote requests to maintain a complete history of their equipment’s parts and services.
The company says Machinex Gateway now is available to all Machinex customers.
“We are extremely proud of the Machinex Gateway launch,” Paré says. “Our goal is to continuously enhance the platform with new features and an ever-evolving user experience.”
