Linpac Group, a United Kingdom-based plastic packaging manufacturer, has sold five “non-core” business units to funds managed by Chamonix Private Equity, a London-based private equity firm. The business units sold include Linpac Recycling.
“Relevant Linpac personnel have transferred to Chamonix, with their employment rights protected, and on substantially the same terms and conditions,” Linpac says in its news release announcing the transaction.
Linpac Recycling specializes in the recycling of obsolete rigid plastic into specified recycled compounds used for a range of molding applications and other end markets.
