Germany-based Lindemann Metal Recycling is bolstering its North American footprint with the appointment of Oziel Villalobos and Rick Drought as business relations managers.
The company says both will be tasked with nurturing and expanding relationships with clients across North America, including Mexico and Canada.
Lindemann says Villalobos and Drought, along with existing long-term Americas business relations managers Vicki Fenton and Lisa Shimek, will hold frequent meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored service solutions. They also will serve as the “advance guard” in spotting new capital equipment opportunities. The company says both are “keen on building and managing relationships, not just making sales.”
Previously, Villalobos spent nearly 15 years in sales, selling American-made steel for large infrastructure projects such as stadiums and commercial buildings. He holds a degree in finance and his familiarity with the metal industry stems from both professional and family ties. Drought has spent the last nine years in the recycled materials industry, with hands-on experience ranging from mechanic work to managerial roles.
In a news release introducing Villalobos and Drought, Lindemann says, “Together, they embody a dynamic blend of experience, dedication and enthusiasm, poised to contribute significantly to Lindemann Metal Recycling’s growth and success in North America.”
