Lihua International Inc., based in Danyang, China, has begun production of refined copper products on its second smelter, located at the company's existing copper recycling facility in Danyang.
The new smelter has an annual production capacity of 25,000 tons, according to the company, which will double Lihua's annual refined copper production capacity to 50,000 tons.
