LifeSpan Technology Recycling will be receiving the Recycler of the Year Award by WasteCap Nebraska at its annual membership meeting.
The award is presented each year to a service provider that has shown innovation in making recycling more accessible to end-users, and has developed new markets for previously hard-to-recycle materials. In addition, the recipient must employ the highest standards for responsible materials handling.
"We are delighted to be recognized by WasteCap Nebraska" said Dag Adamson, LifeSpan’s president. "Our operations in Omaha (Nebraska) are a critical component of LifeSpan’s national network of electronics recycling facilities."
WasteCap Nebraska Executive Director Carrie Hakenkamp said, "WasteCap Nebraska is pleased to be able to recognize LifeSpan Technology Recycling. Their commitment to professional end-of-life recycling services helps provide Nebraskans with an environmentally responsible method for managing retired electronics."
LifeSpan Technology Recycling provides electronic asset retirement services to corporations, municipalities, and not-for profit organizations nationwide.
