The tire recycling firm Liberty Tire Recycling, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pa., has appointed Dave Troyanek its western regional account executive. In his position, Troyanek will work to expand Liberty Tire’s footprint in the Western United States by creating visibility for the company's line of recycled rubber products, according to a Liberty statement.
"Dave's extensive experience in sales and marketing for the asphalt industry makes him a strong asset to our sales team at Liberty Tire Recycling as we work to uncover new opportunities and grow our business in the western region of the United States," Kurt Meyer, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Liberty Tire Recycling, says. "On behalf of Liberty Tire Recycling, I'd like to congratulate Dave on his recent appointment. We are pleased to welcome him to our team."
Troyanek has more than 10 years of experience in oil and emulsions, logistics, estimating, training and marketing in Arizona. Most recently, he served as regional sales manager at Pavement Restoration Inc.
Liberty states that it recycles more than 130 million tires per year.
