Liberty Tire Recycling, based in Pittsburgh, has appointed Frank DeCarlo its general counsel. In his role with Liberty Tire Recycling, DeCarlo will provide legal and business management guidance in the areas of acquisitions, financing, corporate governance, compliance and employment.
“Frank brings a dynamic range of experience to Liberty Tire Recycling – from his service as an officer in the U.S. Army to his work as a corporate attorney with an international law firm,” says Jeffrey Kendall, CEO of Liberty Tire Recycling in a release.“We are excited to have Frank as part of the Liberty Tire Recycling team and look forward to his contributions as we grow and expand our market share in the tire recycling industry.”
