
Leadpoint Business Services, a Phoenix-based provider of work teams and operations support services to the recycling industry, has restructured its recycling operations group and announced new roles for four of its leadership team members.
Todd Hubbard has been promoted to vice president of recycling. In this role, he directs the company’s field operations support team and serves as the primary point of contact for recycling industry customers. He also works with customers to build strategies for how to marry workforce teams with the ever-changing technology being deployed in material recovery facility (MRF) operations. Hubbard has more than 25 years of experience in waste and recycling.
Saul Diaz has been named director of operations – West, and Chad Bebber has been promoted to director of operations – East. These companion roles are responsible for coaching and developing Leadpoint’s on-site managers, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved at each MRF the company supports and for and creating productive partnerships among the company’s customers, employees and staff.


Diaz, a 16-year Leadpoint veteran, has been instrumental in growing Leadpoint’s reputation and results within the recycling industry, according to a news release from the company. He is based at the company’s western region office in Portland, Oregon.
Bebber joined Leadpoint in 2018 as a member of the operations support team. In this new leadership role, he will connect wit with a wider range of customers, sites and employees and adds program implementation to his scope of work.

Paul Russo has been named director of operations support. He is focused on project management and initiatives that support field operations nationwide and advance the business of Leadpoint’s customers. Previously, Russo served as director of operations – East and director of human resources. He is based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Phoenix.
“This new organizational structure recognizes the long-term contributions of our highly tenured leaders and sets us up to provide better, more responsive service to our customers and employees across the country,” says Frank Ramirez, Leadpoint CEO and president.
“Together, this team will work with site owners and managers who want to achieve a common goal: consistent production, cost containment and high-quality, profitable output,” he adds.
