Kvaerner ASA has reached an agreement to sell the recycling and dewatering activities of Kvaerner Pulp & Paper to Voith Paper Holding.
The Norway-based recycling and dewatering division of Kvaerner Pulp & Paper has operations in the United States, Canada and Europe.
