The 170-foot SuperStacker is an addition to the new-generation SuperStacker product line. The longer length provides additional stockpiling capacity, and is still road portable, according to the company.
The updated SuperStacker eliminates the echain, reducing field maintenance and providing smoother operation and better reliability, says KPI-JCI/AMS. By controlling the extension of the stinger conveyor, radial travel and conveyor incline, layered windrows will be built, minimizing stockpile segregation, the company explains.
The new model also features what the company describes as an updated, more user-friendly Wizard Touch automation control system, which allows for more stockpiling options and a higher-quality product. The automation system comes with factory preset programming and provides the versatility of customizing in the field. The SuperStacker allows 30 percent more stockpile in the same footprint versus a conventional stacker, improving storage space, according to the company.
“Our SuperStacker is not just high performing and easy to use, but durable as well,” KPI-JCI/AMS Product Manager Jodi Heirigs says. “By choosing the SuperStacker, our customers will save significant amounts of time, which in turn saves them money and increases their profitability.”
