Kinderhook Industries LLC, a New York-based private equity firm, has promoted Sam Keenan and Matt Bubis to managing director.
Keenan joined Kinderhook in 2010 as an analyst and focuses on Kinderhook’s environmental services and automotive verticals. Bubis joined Kinderhook in 2011 as an associate and focuses on the firm’s healthcare services vertical.

In June, Kinderhook closed Kinderhook’s Capital Fund 8, LP, with total capital commitments of $2.75 billion. After holding a first close in April 2024, Fund 8 exceeded its target of $2 billion and was significantly oversubscribed.
Kinderhook also promoted Nate Druckenmiller to principal, and Chris Flood, Kevin Gayhardt and Carney Mahon to vice president.
