Ken Liang Joins Harris Staff

Equipment company adds director of procurement and strategic sourcing.

Harris Waste Management Group Inc., Peachtree City, Ga., has hired Ken Liang as director of procurement and strategic sourcing.

 

Liang has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from South China University of Technology, a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Louisiana Tech University, and an MBA from Auburn University.

 

He has worked for several multi-national corporations, including Graphic Packaging International and Johns Manville, and comes to Harris from his most recent position as a global supply chain and quality senior manager with Hitachi Ltd.

 

In his prior work, Liang gained experience in global supply chain optimization, quality management, product development, engineering and manufacturing operations.

 

He is a native of China and has been living and working as a United States citizen for the past 20 years. Liang will be based in the Harris Peachtree City office.

 

Harris Waste Management Group Inc designs, manufactures and sells scrap processing, recycling, and waste handling equipment.
