Tube City Inc., King of Prussia, Pa., has named Tim Kaufman as the president and chief operating officer of the company’s Olympic Mill Services division.
Kaufman has been with Tube City for eight years, having most recently been a manager at an Ohio location. He will relocate to Olympic Mill Services’ corporate offices in Glassport, Pa.
Olympic Mill Services provides a range of on-site services to steel mills, including the design, installation and operation of scrap handling and preparation systems and slag processing and metal recovery systems.
A Tube City news release touts Olympic Mill Services as the fastest-growing mill service company in the U.S., with 13 contracts secured in the past six years.
