Kaeser Updates Compressed Air Systems Maintenance Guide

Kaeser Compressors, Fredericksburg, Va., has introduced the updated “Cost Savings with Compressed Air System Maintenance” guide. This resource is designed to help industrial facilities save money by maximizing efficiency and extending the life of their compressed air system, the company says.

This full color, eight-page reference manual outlines maintenance activities for all aspects of the system, including compressors, dryers, filters, drains and aftercoolers. It describes the different maintenance needs for varying component types, including reciprocating vs. rotary screw compressors and refrigerated vs. desiccant air dryers.

Each section includes a “problem saved” feature with solutions for common air system problems, and the “five steps to save money with maintenance” section offers suggestions for impacting companies’ bottom line, the company says.

Contents also include comprehensive maintenance checklists, product diagrams, rules of thumb and a reference library.
