K-C Completes Merger of Asian Companies

Kimberly-Clark Corp. completed the merger of S-K Corp. and Taiwan Scott Paper Corp. into one company, Kimberly-Clark Taiwan.

The newly formed company is expected to be the second largest consumer products company in Taiwan.

K-C acquired a majority of the shares of S-K Corp last July, and acquired 100 percent interest in Taiwan Scott Paper this past December.
